Ingredients Needed:
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 8 ounces pasta (penne or fusilli)
– 1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1 cup fresh blueberries
Recipe Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion until it becomes soft and tender, about 5 minutes. Add the dried oregano and stir well.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
5. In a small bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, ground cinnamon, and almond flour. Mix until well blended.
