Recipe with Tomatos, liver
Title of Recipe: Tomato and Liver Stir-Fry
Ingredients Needed:
– 1 lb of liver, sliced into small pieces
– 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
– 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 tsp of ginger paste
– 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the liver and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the onions and garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant.
4. Add the ginger paste and cook for an additional minute.
5. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they release their juices.
6. Return the liver to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes or until liver is fully cooked.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot with rice or any preferred side dish. Enjoy!
