The Tri-Tip Roast is really hard to find as there are only two available per steer. It’s an extra special roast that can double as a really thick steak! The triangle roast/steak gets its name from it’s triangle shape (tri) that comes from the bottom of the sirloin (tip). This increasingly popular cut of beef has a rich, beefy flavor and is super tender. Choose it for small, intimate dinners or special occasions. Slow-cook or oven roast. Slice into thin pieces and serve with a marinade dip.
One approximately 1-1/2 to 2 lb. + tri-tip roast per package.
