t-bone Recipe
Title of Recipe: Grilled T-Bone Steak
Ingredients Needed:
– 2 T-Bone Steaks, about 1 inch thick
– 2 teaspoons kosher salt
– 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Recipe Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
2. Rub each steak with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and season generously with kosher salt and black pepper.
3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
4. Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
