A Round Steak is a lean steak that comes from the “round” of the rear leg of a steer. Also known as Top Round and Prime Round Steak.
Use this steak with flavorful marinades and a slow cooking method. Can be sliced against the grain for thin pieces of beef for steak sandwiches. A good cut for cubing. Tenderize with a mallet for peak softness if grilling.
1 steak per package. 16 – 18 oz. One inch thick.
