Our own grass-fed and finished Black Angus beef is now available as a sausage griller. Mild italian seasoning. Collagen case disintegrates as griller cooks.
Grill these beef sausages, or cut them up and fry ’em. We like to add garlic, salt, and pepper to ours. Rubs work well on these, too. Use as a main course or side dish. Add to rice, spaghetti sauce, breakfast casseroles. Serve on buns with grilled onions, peppers, and sauerkraut. Serve as a snack: Cut each beef stick into 3 pieces, grill, and serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, bbq sauce, and variety of mustards.
4 sausages come in a 1 lb. package. Ready for grilling. Convenient and easy meals.
To Grill our all angus sausages:
- Preheat Grill
- Cook: Place sausages away from flames. Close the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Check Temp: Sausages are done when firm and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Sear:Â Move to direct high heat for 1-2 minutes per side to get nice grill marks and char.Â
