*Aged, 100% Pure Vanilla Extract made at Trailcrest Farm in Strasburg PA.

*2 ounces.

*2 simple ingredients: Madagascar vanilla beans made with 80 proof vodka. (The vanilla infuses the alcohol with vanilla flavor over time so there is no alcohol scent or flavor.)

*Trailcrest Farm extract is infused for 13 to 18 months, depending on the batch.

*All purpose vanilla extract is delicious in any recipe. Use for baking, coffee flavoring, desserts, smoothies, and more.  I add a little of our vanilla extract to box cake mixes and store bought icing.

*Hand-crafted artisan vanilla extract has a stronger flavor than store bought vanilla so you can use less of it in your recipes.  (For example, if a recipe calls for 1 tsp, use only 1/3 of our extract for the same great taste!)

*Store brand vanilla extracts often add a chemical compound called “vanillin” to flavor their product. Some brands add water to increase volume; this thins out the flavor. Some brands add sugar to their concoctions. Why? I haven’t the faintest idea!

*Amber colored glass bottle protects vanilla flavor.  Tamper proof seal.  Remove plastic ‘stay-fresh’ stopper under twist off cap before using, if desired.  Vanilla extract keeps indefinitely when stored away from heat and light. Do not freeze or refrigerate. (See label photo.)
