Our favorite roast for the slow-cooker! A lean, flavorful cut often used for roast beef at the deli. This versatile cut of beef can be used in a variety of ways. The whole roast can be roasted or slow-cooked for an evening meal or it can be braised, pressure- cooked, and poached. Or cut the roast into 1 inch thick steaks, marinate, and grill. Can also be used for stews, cube steaks or fried steak.
One 2 to 2-1/4 lb. eye roast per pack.
