Finely marbled lean, flavorful beef.  Incredibly tender, melt in your mouth Round Roast is also known as a New York Roast.  Low fat content.  Excellent roast for a slow cooker as cooking at low temperatures for a long time increases tenderness and flavor.  Great for roast beef sandwiches.
